Stephanie is our Next Gen Director for our Middle & High School students.
She's from Conyers, GA, and later went to Piedmont University in Demorest, GA to pursue a Bachelor of Arts. She majored in philosophy and religion with minors in sociology and theatre arts. She is now a student at Candler School of Theology at Emory University and is studying for a Master's in Theological Studies. She hopes to pursue a Ph.D. in the fall of 2024 and to be a writer and professor one day while still working with the youth.
She is married to John (Johnny) Fortuna, they have two furry children (Everest, 4, and Gryffin, 2) who are both honorary members of the Next Gen Student Group. In their free time, they love to visit Keith's Bridge Park, work on their garden, hike, and Johnny loves to tie flies and go fly fishing while Stephanie reads her books.
